After 17 months of bargaining to empower our APP community and improve patient experience, we reached an impasse as management did not make meaningful movement in their economic offer. Both sides presented their “Last Best Final Offer” to the State of Oregon Employee Relations Board October 10th. You can read OHSU's offer here and the APU offer here.

Our goal is for each work area at OHSU to have a Contract Action Team (CAT) member. The CATs are APU supporters that stay updated on the contract negotiation process and can help to keep their team informed. Find out who your CATs are here.
